Angel wings - recipes?

I found a beautiful tree full of what I'm pretty sure are Angel Wings yesterday. I've never made these before. They are supposed to be quite tasty. Any cooking tips or recipes for Angel Wings?

Also hauled a couple of lbs of chanterelles, and I'm pretty sure of what to do with those. :smile:

Arent angle wings just Oysters? You sure those are those?

Pretty sure. I'll of course eat 1, wait a day, thing. But nope, they aren't the same.

This is sound advice... common names cause too much potentially dangerous confusion.
