Can you PC pf jars too long?

I just got a new PC and I am cooking pint jars. I was planning on PCing them for 40-60 min. I hav heard that 20 will do. I just want to be sure they are sterile.

Will cooking them for that long hurt?
Can the brf nutrients break down if cooked too long?

yes brf nutrients can break down. an hour or under should be fine.
