Title says it all. Going to a fest one day pretty soon but I've but lost all of my connections. Shit sucks. I'm wary of buying molly/rolls or acid off strangers. Best I found was a half eighth of mushrooms but damn idk how I would get them in. I don't have capsules.

If you're a social guy and make friends then fuck yea dude. I would be weary of the people walking around yelling that they have acid and Molly. Sometimes I'll just walk around and smoke a shit ton of people out and 10-20 minutes in just ask and see if they have a hook up.
Just bring a shit ton a cannabis and the Lucy/E will find you  it's worth it

They will never look there! Unless security is SUPER strict at that fest 
Dont be too wary of buying at fest. Yes, some will be fake or RCs sold as the real thing, just gotta look around for a cool, chill psychedelic dude who knows his stuff. He will have the real deal.
And watch out for undercovers. They are super obvious thou. Total posers

also yeah i feel pretty comfortable buying drugs at legit festivals
like id rather be sober than buy drugs at EDC but most hippy camp out fests are pretty legit. its very clear testers have made quite the impact on the festival scene. people wont even bother selling bunk bc theyll just get called out

I go to festivals with extra cash and marijuana specifically for psychedelics that are rare in my area...
Never been burned, once I bought these blue gel tabs, looked just like gel tab acid, but these tabs were thick and taste bitter, it was sold to me as 2C-B, though I've never seen gel tab 2C-anything, though conceivably each tab could have held 10mgs, any way I never ate under 4, and every time I was unable to distinguish the identity of the compound, it was very LSD like visually but 2C-B like physically and mentally...
I don't consider this being ripped off, because the trips were amazing, it just sucks that I could never fully identify the compound, it very well could have been 2C-B or LSD...this was before 2012, the tabs are said to have originally been bought at symbiosis festival, though I bought them in Denver at another event...
I love festivals, but if you like LSD I suggest buying test kits online, at least bring a small black light with you, I have a lighter with a black light on the bottom that illuminates LSD, but other things glow under UV as well...
The fucked up thing is research chemical dealers have rigged their analogue compounds to test positive for scheduled compounds in color change tests...
Other than rampant RC' s I'd say you would be ok, just be careful and use your best judgement. It really helps to have test kits or testing reagents with you...
Buying your compounds elsewhere before the event may be more beneficial depending on your situation.

Kinda like.. the same way you can get pulled over on your way back from your dealers house and risk the same thing? Yeah kinda like that.
But anyway, it's definitely possible to find good drugs at festivals, you just gotta have your eye out for the right person. Don't be afraid to ask a lot of different people until you find someone you're comfortable with buying from.
