A newer monitor (depending on which you may buy) can have a better contrast ratio and perhaps have a little less ghosting. But I suppose only the contrast is something worth upgrading for.

a gtx 560 could probably play a fair amount of older games at 1080p w/ reasonable settings, but you're gonna want a better gpu for the newest games or at least try sticking w/ the lower screen res...  stay away from 1440p or 4k displays atm....  possibly consider a 21-27" 1080p display.... if you're primarily gaming, go big.... i prefer the higher ppi of a 21" 1080p screen personally

So what would be a good upgrade from p5w dh deluxe motherboard and intel processor ? And will it fit in my NZXT frame ?

want to keep the  GTX 560, for now.
not sure about the 700 power supply

That CPU is going to be your biggest bottleneck by far. Your best bet for a big upgrade is going to be upgrading the motherboard and CPU (and RAM) to something more modern.
Even if you upgrade the graphics card.. anything higher than that 560 and you aren't going to get any better performance really, the CPU will hold you back hard for most games.

For fallout 4 my bet is i5, gtx 670 to play max settings @ 1080p....  potentially considerably lower @ 1440p  maybe an i3/650
guessing sandy or greater will do the trick....
