How much supplies to get ? First timer needs a lil help

Here is the list of shit I'm buying
Four 10cc spore syringes of ecudators
5 lb bag of millet seed
6x6x12 miniature bales of shredded wheat straw
21x8.25x4.75 spawn bags set of 10
vermiculite 16 quart bag
How much of all this should I buy to match the amount of spore syringes I have ? The millet is gonna be used to spawn the straw and cased with verm and prolly coco coir (25%verm75%coco coir) . I am going to try to grow using 1 syringes per grow. I just want enough supplies so I only have to order this shit once . Also can I use the bags to innoculate the millet ? I know some of this might not sound right but its a little hard to put into words .
