Oh please, we both know that his organ doner speech is just a get-rich-quick scheme on his end. He sets it up with ticketmaster so everybody who buys tix to his shows, and is an organ doner, gets their organs sent directly to Lesh, and he re-sells them to the Mexican Cartel.
