If by execute you mean defended themselves after he grabbed the officers weapon then you are correct.
They even tired to taser the guy and he wouldn't obey . Follow the cops directions be respectful and you have nothing to worry about

It seems very unclear as to whether the guy 'grabbed the officers weapon'. And what if they tased him and his hand got on the holster and he had no control of his body?
What if he DID knowingly attempt to grab a holstered gun. So what? there are 3 other cops pinning him down. The cop in question should have backed off. But their more in the mindset of 'bad guy in front of me' then 'guy who needs help who i need to successfuly get under my control for a bit' in front of me
Just because the cops yelled out to stop going after it, doesn't mean he was. There are numerous examples of cops using this tactic.
ANd regardless of if this was a justified and legal shooting...I'm more upset with their lack of success. They're job is to subdue the guy, get the area safe, and then get the man help. Unfortunately, 5 police officers couldn't subdue 1 man without deadly force. They did not do a good job, whether legal or not.

1. They got nervous, probably shot the guy intentionally for control cuz they thought more people were gonna riot.
2. They felt humiliated and shot the guy just to prove a point
3. It was an accident..
4. All of the above

Defended themselves? Haha your a funny dude. I know you'd feel different if this happened to someone you knew or your family. You're pretty much saying just cause he was scared of getting shot they had the right to shoot him.

I think they should always defend themselves but with all the non-lethal options available it probably shouldn't need to escalate to the death of an unarmed person.
This is why we invest so heavily in body armor, batons, tasers, mace, bag guns, pepper-ball guns, tear gas, etc.
This is also the main reason why police in canada and the UK dont carry firearms, no lethal weapon in the wrestling match, no death. It can only escalate so far but it definitely does put them at a greater risk against more dangerous criminals.

Not specifically talking about this instance (because it isn't clear to me), but as of late, the police seem to always have a feeling of being in life-threatening situations, when in actuality they really don't seem to be.

Really? Being a cop is super dangerous in many cases its easy to be a social justice advocate from behind your screen in real life sometimes dirty work must be done to protect yourself.

Well when they shoot people for having rocks in their hand or shoot someone while being in bed for reaching for a wallet, or shoot 7 year olds in no knock warrants who was startled, yeah, they seem to have a weird sense of when theyre in actual danger.

When the gunshots start ringing out it's really hard to see if the guy was trying to attack the officer.
Even if he did, he was already on the ground from what I could tell. I don't think there was any reason to shoot the man, 4 times nonetheless. That was way fucked up.

I wasn't there so I can't comment but policing is tough work especially in very dangerous urban areas. There jobs are more dangerous than soldiers than many cases.
