seeing infinity

I tripped on some acid the other day (five hits of decent blotter acid, plain white paper) and thought that I was seeing into infinity.
Everything small seemed to become bigger. It was really cool. I started thinking about how everything is probably made of smaller parts and it sent me into a spiral into infinity.
It was all in my mind I know, but it seemed so fucking real! The smaller everything is the bigger it seems to get. Exponentially.
A molecule breaks down into many atoms (depending on the type of molecule) and atoms break down into even more sub-atomic particles, and on and on into infinity. The smaller it gets, the bigger it gets. In a sense, anyway.
Pretty basic, I know. But that shit makes for some pretty interesting visuals on five hits of acid.

I know exactly what you mean. It seems only logical to me, at least, to think that of all of these billions of cells that are composing me, and the god only knows particles composing them, that everything keeps branching out. Each different level is its own universe. What we commonly refer to as our universe is just one small particle in another universe.
It sort of makes me think of our lungs, or our circulatory system, how everything branches into smaller branches, and every branch continues branching out, and the whole system is just a small branch off of a bigger branch off of a bigger branch....
It just makes me think of fractals and those fucking triangles.... Peace.

I figured you would relate.
The more I think about this shit, the more I appreciate the things you have said.
The funny thing is, you don't seem to do as many drugs as I do.

Hehe, the thing about thinking about the infinity thing is that trying to describe the images that you see in your head makes you sound like you are fucking crazy. I mean, when I think about it, I can visualize the connections between the levels and all sorts of shit, but then trying to communicate it fails.
The only thing that actually makes you sound crazier than going off about infinity is describing how going off about infinity makes you sound crazy.
And believe me, I would be doing a lot more drugs than I do now if I had the access to them... although I will be getting my hands on some E, some mushrooms, and some more marijuana very soon.... *laughs chaotically*. But back in the States, I used to smoke the mj all the time... Peace.

Yeah, lately everyone I know thinks that I am crazy. Well, to them I might as well be.

Sounds like you are all set then. Have fun!

Yeah, kind of illustrated in this 'Powers of 10' slideshow/movie ... http://micro.magnet.fsu.edu/primer/java/scienceopticsu/powersof10/ (someone had posted this link on this board in another thread, very cool)
Food for thought ...
Do you think the universe expands endlessly in both directions? (keeps going getting bigger on a macro-cosmic level, and keeps getting smaller on a micro-cosmic level)
or perhaps ...
Do you think maybe ... it loops as some point? Think about it.
Or maybe ...
Something else perhaps ... ?

Do you want to see infinity as well?
I warn you, it is not very logical.

Did you see infinity, or get lost there? Curious.

This is one of the revelations that a majority of psychonauts experience. The seemingly ubiquity of fractals in (and as) reality. See Chaos Theory.

I mean, whichever way you choose to view Reality will show up obediantly and will, for you, be true. See Religions, Philosophies, and Drugs.
One's beliefs (expectations) polarize one's perceptions (results).
