Fried Green Tomatoes!!

No bullshit, they are YUMMY!!! Cut some green tomatoes into slices. Get the slices wet with plain water. Coat them completely with flour. Season with salt and pepper and fry in a skillet in melted butter until browned. Flip and brown the other side. Enjoy!
