Hahaha, I'm not sure how they managed to conclude that.
They act like lowering fertility rates is a bad thing.

i smoked since i was 15 for 22yrs and i have 6 kids,18 to 1yrs old,4 girls and two young sons,they're lights of my life besides the missus :smirk:
