honey water to noc up wbs and straw

dont have any spawn ,so will honey water work instead for wbs ad straw log?

use the honey water to turn the wbs into spawn, then use it with straw.

Could one inject honey water into straw after it's in the container? Maybe shoot it up 2x through the "pour hole", then a few times in the bottom open side?
