Getting Tempature Up...NOT WORKING!

I have a 20 gallon tank with one spawn bag in there from Sporebank.
I have a 64qt pickle jar in there with a 50 watt heater inside it.
The temperature refuses to go up past 80'F. I have it turned up all the way.

The top of the tank is covered with foil, and there is a hood on top of that.

Any suggestions?

The mycellium is growing but very slowly......
It's been 2 weeks and its maybe 20% colonized at most. I broke it up today to speed it up.

Is there a flourecent reptile light I can put in the hood to make it hotter? Its one of those long lights. :confused:

80 degrees should be fine sice it generates a few degrees heat inside on it's owm. If you feel like still bringing temp up, put a few blankets over the incubator. That will drastically raise temps.
