Is it possible to clone dried mycelium ? ? ?

I have these petri dishes a friend of mine gave me...Each dish has a big chip of mycelium that was on agar at one time, but it dried up.

Would it be possible for me to take these dried up mycelium chips and clone them some how?

not if they are completely dry. you know by the fact that they crack and tear easily and start to or have completely roll up.
