Take the print much sooner. If you take it shortly after the veil breaks you can get two prints per cap.
Be sure to let the cap breath when taking the print.

What should you do about what? The spores on the casing? Or are you having problems with spore printing?
The caps don't always need to be flat when you print them, but it is good to wait some time after the veil breaks. Some strains can be picky, and must be very mature (almost upcurled), but this is uncommon. Most will lay a print while still dome shaped.
If the casing is covered in spores, clean a fork and scrape a thin layer off, removing the sporulated casing material. Bacterial contamination can hit the spores.

I second that Magash!
Is that alluminum foil that your printing on? can you explain a little about using the foil to do prints on, do the spores not stick as much?

They seem to come off of it pretty easy. Just easy to work with.

Yes, I forgot to mention air exchange. A drop of water on the cap can help if it starts to dry out. I use a Sterilite container with a hole cut in the lid covered by Tyvek. Be careful of too much air exchange or your caps may dry out before they lay down one of those "super dark" prints everyone loves.
You can easily get more than 2 prints from one cap, depending on strain. A heavy producer like the GT or B+ could make several prints, all dark. Another good tip is to use a fishhook in the cap so you don' actually touch it. Allowing easy removal and transfer to another piece of foil. After the caps have laid prints, remove them and let the prints dry out in the container before packaging. This "cures" them and increases their longevity.

I wipe with alc the heat it over a flame to be sure there is no alc left on the foil and for a little more sterlization.
