Pro Guidance Needed/ Interesting bulk grow questions

Okay, I have come to post in this forum because I seek experienced/ informed growers to give a go at the puzzle of a grow that I have set up. Grow specs: -30 pre sterilized (preferred and trusted supplier) BRF 1/2 Pints inoculated with 1cc/jar GT Spores (injected 4 days ago... growth has shown itself already, no contams as of yet) -Fully auto 56 qt sterilite model terrarium/incubator
I am looking for maximum yield and therefore wish to crumble the cakes and use with prepasturized 50/50 hpoo and straw and no casing layer because the terrarium will provide more than enough moisture as long as there is water in the humidifier. verm casing (full auto)
I humbly ask all you mycology lovers... how best my cubes will yield>
1. bulk substrate or with the cakes alone?(explain if you think cakes)
2. IF! i did bulk sub, what size casing trays should i use, would 2-6 be okay?
3. Using my choices of subs and strains, what ratio of sub to bulk will safely increase yields? 1:3? 1:5? ... what/why is the difference?
4. Also just for gigs, predict yield given perfect eco and no contams? ---Broad strokes for fun. My math says 4-8oz dry, but if done right i bet that estimate turns out to be modest
A question about my next bulk grow:
i am planning on getting 24 pints pre sterilized WBS and spawning to the same bulk sub as first grow.probably 4 different strains. My question is, use a dual myco-system (full auto) and case individually OR do i use 6-12 monotub style setups? PROS AND CONS?
Any and all input is very welcomed and appreciated! Thanks to all!

1. Always spawn to a bulk if you want higher yields.
2. I like the sterilite plastic shoeboxes painted black on the outside or lined with black plastic bags.
3. I'll let someone else answer this, it'sbeen a while ssince I've played with cubes. Back when I was growing, I used as much spawn as I could to avoid contamination during colonization.
4. Who knows. Do I get a prize if I get it right? My guess is 1 lb dried
5. I loved monitors but the way i,I did mine was taking transparent tub and inverting it on top of the bottom tub so it made a high humidity dome.

1. If the choice is plain PF Tek vs. bulk.... I guess I'd go bulk. I have tried both and now I use Violet tek. 2. When doing bulk, I used the sterilite shoebox-size containers. They were 99 cents each at the Home Depot the other day... I did not darken the containers, left them transparent. 3. Simply put 'theoretically': the more substrate, the more fruits. But also the more substrate, the more time for colonization and therefore the more time for contamination to take hold. I used 1:3 ratio. I tried using more sub, but colonization took longer so I got more contams. 4. Rho. Rho ounces dry. :P 5. I might consider upside-down clear plastic bins with aquarium air hoses running into air-stones in bottles of water inside each bin. Adjust the pumps as needed to adjust humidity. For Violet Tek, bottom water to perfection.

If you haven't mastered PF tek yet then don't worry about trying to do bulk methods. Learn PF first.
Don't mess around with the standard PF tek either. If you really can't resist trying extra methods that help then do a "dunk and roll" on your cakes.
You're basically asking your ski instructor on the first day weather the moguls or the black diamond run is more fun.
