I agree with you on the first one... As for the second and third they seem to be a panaeolous species. I don't know exactly... are you sure the spore print isn't more on the dark brown side???? The gills and stem lead me to beleive panaolina foencii.. But the spore print would be brown... not black...??????

the first one i agree with you just from the picture. are they very fragile?
the second and third pictures are very undetailed. the second may be a panaeolus or another genus such as Marasmius or blabla, but the third looks like Panaeolus to me, possibly Panaeolina foenisecii or Panaeolus subbalteatus. take an overnight sporeprint and try to distinguish between black and dark brown.

The first specimens are correctly ID'ed.
The 2nd and 3rd species are obviously a Panaeolus.
I wouldn't be suprised if they were both Paneolus foenisecii. I have found some very different looking foenisecii throughout the year, and in different lawns. They do display some different characteristics.
However, since the 2nd one seems to be too big for a foenisecii, there could be a chance of it being a subbalteatus. What I would do is go back to where you found them, and try bruising the bright white mycelium which attaches to the base of the stem. It should bruise blue.
Here is a picture of a foenisecii I found a little while back.
Here are some pictures of some dried up subbalteatus I found last winter growing from some manure. I post this picture because they look similar to the ones in your photo above.

I took a verry very long spore print, and they still came out very black. I also was able to find a bit of mycelium on the base of a stem when i whent back, and it did notice some blue color when i bruised it. So they do very much seem to be subbs, but just to be safe i might still hold off on eating them. Thanks a lot for the help guys, ill deffinatly share some more finds soon.

"So they do very much seem to be subbs, but just to be safe i might still hold off on eating them."
If you're sure they're either Pan subbs or Pan foes, neither species is harmful. So if you were to eat them, and they turn out to be Pan foe, the only thing you have to worry about is not tripping.

And diarrhea. Pans tend to cause stomach upset in a lot of people.
