Could someone please identify this species for me and let me know if edible/psychoactive?

Hey guys!
Just wondering if someone could please identify these as psychedelic mushrooms? I've never come across a species like this before, but they appear to have a massive psilocybin content. The underside of all of the caps are completely blue, the stems are blue. They look quite like concave gold tops, approx 140mm cap diameter 30-60mm stems, gills are attached

No NOT psychoactive.

It is Lactarius deliciosus  well past its use by date

This is correct, it could be another Lactarius sp. but it doesn't matter because it's too old to eat.

Are they edible?
Will there still be traces of the psycho actives?
We have no other options, this was a last resort pick!

There are absolutely no psychoactives in that species of mushroom.

Not all shrooms that have a blue colour to them are psychoactive.

Its not good practice to leave it to "last resort" that is way too risky behaviour.  It is very easy to pick the wrong ones with serious consequences upon consumption.

No these are not edible.  They perhaps once were, a choice edible (not psychoactive), but way too far gone.

Do NOT consume, you'll only give yourself serious gut ache and/or food poisoning
