That fan is not bad if it is water proof. As for power, I am no electrician...I have done this in the past.
But with all advice, keep in mind you are working with electric. Electric and water can and do kill.
Around your house is a basket or box that has rubberbands, half dead AA batteries, and a DC power converter that no one knows what it goes to.
Look at the label. It should output between 3-12v DC. You can splice the wires directly onto the fans wires. However, I would test this against a less good cpu fan.

There's no need for a fan. If they're not getting enough FAE add more holes/slits.

Most obsolete cellphone chargers are 5 volt. Splice one of them to the fan.

Do what I did. Get an old ass computer power supply and bridge the power on pins to turn it on. use the red and black power cable to power your fans. just splice em on. It's cheap, easy and you can also vary the fan speed, or put it on a timer.

You can use an old PC power supply (put a jumper between green and any black ground on the 20-pin plug to turn it on without a motherboard) but it would be super overkill and a wasteful for PC fans. If they are 12 volt, just find out how many amps it pulls, then find a 12 volt DC wall wort at a thrift shop that supplies at least that many amps at 12 volts. Splice into that. Way cheaper (for the item and running cost) and safer than a computer powersupply (PC power supplies can put out quite a bit of amperage if used incorrectly.

You want to put the effort into using waterproof fans and splicing in power supplies while keeping moisture content in and fae up... why not just get up... mist it with a bottle.. fan it and close it back up?
