Im planning to go to a horse farm tommorrow morning around 5:30 to look for some Pann Subbs. It rained preety hard today, and tommorrw the temps will be 71/81 degrees F. You think I will find any. I have never seen one psycoactive in CT.
Is there anything I should def bring w/ me if I want to find any? and will they be growing directly on the horse shit?

there is really nothing we can tell you exept pan subbs do grow in horse manure piles (most times with straw mixed in) just go out hunting and report back what you find

be sure to bring some paper bags for collection and keep collections seperate if you are not entirely sure on your IDs.
bring clothing to suit the weather. bring a field guide if you have one. mabey a note book for notes and observations. try to look cleen cut.

Ive never heard of any P.Cubes growing in CT,CT does stand for conneticut doesnt it?If it does its way too cold up there for P.Cubensis,sorry man!Just go look in your woodlands and flowerbeds,and woodchips and see what you can find there,hey who knows,you might find a P.Cyan or two,and those are potent as hell!

I found Pan subbs in Rhode Island 2 weeks ago, in cow dung. It was a very moist shady area. Just after it rained for like 4 days straight, humid as hell. So they do exist up here. It's just a matter of finding them. Like concretefeat said, keep em seperate if your not sure.. And before you go know the characteristics of pan subbs inside and out... Good Luck... Oh yeah and look for the pile of stable droppings, preferably an old one...with rotting hay...

Look in the late spring and late summer. temps in 70's in the day and 50's at night. When it's real humid and you don't really feel like sweating or feeding mosquitos.

niiice one, what time u think is the best to go look for em? i went at 530 that time.. didnt find anything, it was raining like crazy and the field was mad flooded. that was like 2 days ago, when should i go again?

I've ussually found them after 3 or 4 days of humid weather with rain. Time of day doesn't matter.
