Am I screwed?(possible lack of sterile procedure)

Ok, so, this is my first grow.
I've been reading for the last couple of months and have watched the Let's Grow Mushrooms dvd a few times.
Anyway, I just read EvilMushroom666's tutorial and I didn't do a lot of that sterile procedure.
I mean, I used a SAB, I wiped down the area and SAB with alcohol, wore sterilized gloves, sterilized the needle after each jar, and had micro-pore tape over the holes.
So, did I do enough sterile procedure?
Am I just paranoid?

You're paranoid. I do a way less sterile procedure and I haven't had a problem.

But, I have another question.
The jars only cooled, outside of the pot, for around an hour. They were luke warm to the touch, but definitely not hot.
I know that spores die at 106 degrees, question is, was the jar 106 degrees?

I think you should be fine, but next time just let them cool off over night. :thumbup:
