If Im not mistaken, dragon fruit are produced by Hylocereus sp. (a cactus). Those are the type usually seen as the bottom of a "moon cactus".

Pretty easy to grow the cactus...but I think you have to have two plants of different origin (so not clones) to set fruit.

I see that all the time at the local H-mart (korean supermarket) theres another korean melon which looks similar to kiwano
