evidence eliminator?

has anyone used Evidence Eliminator before?

This security tool eliminates all evidence of activites on your PC in one single click of a button. In tests, Evidence Eliminator defeats 'Forensic Analysis' software as used by snoops, investigators, law-enforcement etc. It protects you from unwanted data becoming permanently hidden in your PC.

Has anyone used a washing program before? Any thoughts?

I've used it a few years ago and at the time I thought it was a pretty good utility.

I'd recommend it :smile:

Me too, out of all the file shredders its probably the best. Quite pricy though and its a bitch to crack. :frown:

It might not be a bad tool to have in your bag of tricks, but I would not bet my freedom on the above statement. If somebody wants the data bad enough they are going to get it... unless you physically destroy the harddrive platters.
