Volume mixer/monitor issues with my pc

The fix is probably simple but I'm just not able to figure this out...

I have a gaming headset and sometimes I'd unplug it to sit on my couch and watch a movie on my pc. I went into the mixer and accidentally hit disable on my monitor so the audio would go through my headset, well this made the monitor disappear from the volume mixer and I don't know how to get it back. What can I do?

There's an 'advanced' button on the mixer in Windows, right? Can't check right now. Otherwise, there should be something about this in the Control Panel under 'Multimedia and Sound devices' or whatever it's called these days.

I couldnt get it work then finally figured it out, I had to go to "playback devices" by right clicking the volume icon, then while in there where my monitor didn't appear, I right clicked an empty slot and it said "show disabled devices" and I clicked yes and the monitor reappeared.
