Growing up in a basement I tolerate most bugs including spiders up to a certain size, too big and I'll put it in a cup and take it outside, because that spider is a triumphant motherfucker who deserves to live. I have fought spiders like gladiators in solo cups before.

Depends on the spider, if its non poisonous I'll usually leave it be. unless it gets too big, had that happen once, there was a spider that lived in the corner of my room, wasn't a black widow or a brown recluse so I left it (those where the only poisonous spiders in the area) noticed she was getting really big so I named her Shelob. Eventually grew to about the size of my hand but then she started to really creep my out, like i'd find her crawling on my arm while I was sleeping and stuff so I finally had to catch her and release her outside. kept my room completely fly free that summer though (my apartment complex always had fruit fly problems)

No, the only bugs I usually make a point to kill are tick and mosquitoes. Also any sort of centipede I will kill, fuck those things.
I have stinkbugs all over my house right now, they are really prolific this year. I would love to kill them but then I have to deal with the smell.
Spiders are cool though, except for when they catch me by suprise.

A water bottle a quarter full is the perfect stink bug killer. Take off the cap, get the stupid fucking stink bug to fall to it's death, seal the cap, laugh maniacally while you watch it drown or shake the bottle for insta-death.

If a spider could harm me, I'm killing it first. Unfortunately I'm not the best spider identifier so I probably kill 50 harmless spiders for every poisonous one. Whatever. I don't kill anything else...other than mosquitos

What if you had a rat in your place? Would you off that mofo? Or would you just try and catch it and let it go.

Lately ive been finding brown recluse spiders in my room from time to time... and because they are dangerous, I have no choice but to get rid of them as quick as possible. I dont wanna walk away to find a cup, only to see that the spider went and hid somewhere!

Hmm, perhaps I will try that. My dog ate one the other day, boy did he make a funny face after that.

I would love to see my dog's face after he ate a stink bug You should just train them to eat stink bugs on sight/smell.

Dude fuck some brown recluses. You know what's funny? I love snakes. Am fascinated by them. If I saw a rattlesnake out in the wild I'd get up to it as close as possible to get a good look. And any non-poisonous snake I'd pick up. But if I opened my bathroom and there was a brown recluse in there, or even a big wolf spider, I'd be all like

A few times I've had mice crawl on me in my sleep. Once they did that I went medieval on them, but I felt pretty bad about it. I'm sure there are more but they leave me alone now.
If I was sure it was just one rat I would capture it and keep it as a pet. If it was many rats I would find another place to live.

I kill any and all spiders in my house.
Fuck you spider, if you wanted to live you would have stayed outside.
I love outside spiders though and will go out of my way not to harm them.
For mice, a fun way to kill time if you are bored and poor in a mouse infested house, leave a bag with some chip crumbs in it on the floor and wait for one to crawl in, then sling it against the wall as hard as you can, rinse, repeat.

God damn I hate the stink bugs. On some days, they don't stop flying around trying to get closer to whatever light is on. Unfortunately, they are total retards in the aerobatic department, and end up falling in my drink, food or hair. The noise... Bzzzz buzz plop. I can't stand it any more.

Hey only some of them are brown recluses, ya know? I mean it's how they act. Not necessarily the species of spider. I mean I know daddy long legs who are brown recluses. So when I say that I'm not saying it in a racist way. It's just how they act.

If they're not harming me, I try to just leave them alone. They won't hurt you as long as they don't see you as a threat (i.e., not if you leave them alone). That, and they are good for your house if anything; get rid of a bunch of other kinds of bugs. Why should you hurt something just for existing and being in your house? Such unnecessary violence is so unnecessary.
