this looks like a humidifier with some plumming used to humidify two tubs, it looks very easy to duplicate if you have about 35 dollars I would estimate.

I do not know of any guides or teks but looking at the picture it seems like a 4 way 1" coupling, with about 2 feet of 1" pvc tubing and a 1" end cap. You buy those things some type of silicone or which ever, you'll have to improvise on the connection to the humidifier. You probably dont really need any pvc cement that would also make it easier to disassemble and clean periodically.

just smoke some pipes... go get some pipe and be creative...mario was a plumber.
I made this outta a bucket, fan, ultrasonic humidifier and some garden watering system hose. No plans just trial and error.

Yeah they are low power mini fluorescent on a fuse breaker just in case. Was going to switch to LEDs.
Only problem with that setup is that it tended to flood the grow chamber if the timer on the humidifier wasn't set right.
Could grow straight in the black bin
Or in separate trays inside the bins.
I didn't need glue, since its all made of that watering system hose. All just snaps together and moves around or more hose can be cut to accommodate tubs of various sizes.
I must say though that I got the main idea from a former member Agar who had made a 55 gallon drum version for a large grow room. I just miniaturized it using different components.

I did notice that was some dense haze of humidity pretty awesome looking too nice work!!! I have a 4 tier green house I am just now breaking in. However, I do not have automated humidification or FAE... SOOO... I have been doing that all manually but I think it is fun even though I notice the work involved. I am going to be building some plumming sooner rather that later

Kinda feel the same, I like looking after them, but it can take up a lot of time. Automation kind of reduced that to just waiting sometimes instead. Frees up more time for other things. Depends what your needs are I guess.

I got the computer turbo fan and ultrasonic from ebay. The watering system parts and bins were just sitting around so I recycled them into this, but it would all be available at any hardware or garden store.
Only thing was the fan has a circuit board and wiring sensitive to corrosion I took the fan apart and sealed all of the components in resin or two part epoxy glue, making it effectively water resistant.
Computer parts store. Fan ( or rip it out of some old computer ) Hardware store. Garden supply store. For hose and ultrasonic humidifier (but getting one from china off ebay would probably be cheaper)

I have about 4 computer fans I could recycle for this. My question is how would I go about connecting them to a power source after ripping them out of my old computers?
