Peroxidated Karo for culture

Anyone do this? seems like a good thing.. but you would have to transfer mycelium and not spores. And the peroxide would have to be added when the karo solution is cool... sounds like a good way to get good clean mycelium cultures... any thought?

And here's what a friend of mine did the first time they tried it.
A quart jar was used.
1. Filled with water then added 20cc's of kayro light cornsyrup
2.Pressure cooked for 30mins @ 15psi
3.After fully cooled to room temp innoculated with 5cc's Creeper spore syringe.
4. Inncubated for 3 days @ 86*f and agitated daily.
5.On the third day injected with 10cc's of hydrogen peroxide
6.In about 2 more days inncubated then made 8 Creeper mycellium syringes of 12cc's and into the fridge.
My friends had noticed that after the H2O2 was added the culture really took off.
