got in big fight with someone..i..cops may have been called friend has fully colonized substrates is this illegal? What counts as cultivaiton only fruits? Afraid someone may tell cops to get back at my friend...

dude what about conspiracy to cultivate? If they want to they'll find a way to bust your friend. Tell him to get rid of them and all the shit right now. It's not worth the risk. Hide them in the woods and let them colonize till things settle down.
