There isn't a judge in America that would subpoena Obama on this stupid shit...
Why the fuck would Obama have immigration or naturalization records? He was born in Hawaii. His birth certificate can't be released by Hawaii, state law.
Who cares about his school records? It isn't a qualification for the presidency to have even gone to school

I guarentee he'll do nothing of the kind.
Despite criticizing Bush's claim of executive privledge extending to tangential matters, he'll just send a lawyer, likely to try and quash the subpoena.
I see the judge signed the subpoena, what's that about? Does that make this the equivalent of a court order in Georigia, or is it just how subpoenas are issued (possibly for pro se litigants who are "less equal" and thus don't get the same rights as counsel to issue subpoenas).

Judges sign anything down here...it's probably likely that the judge didn't even see what/who the subpoena was about. They may even have rubber stamps that the secretary just pounds em out with

When I go here: http://www.osah.ga.gov/default.aspx and enter the docket number (1215136), nothing comes up. I also searched by Fulton county (as listed in the PDF above) and Obama for the last name, and again, nothing comes up. There is a Judge Malihi, but he does not show up in the searchable judges on the court calendar. Also, the docket in the above PDF appears to be formatted incorrectly. It should include an agency and an action type (for example, -DDS-ALS- => dept of driver services, administrative license suspension) and there should be a dash, not a space, including the judge's name (Malihi) into the docket identifier. I'm suspecting fake, but still nothing on Snopes.
