Oysters, and Lions Mane.

I need help IDing these. I only had time to snap a quick couple pictures. Both were groing on maple, the supposed shaggy mane on an older piece. I think this is an oyster:

And I'm almost positive this is a Lions Mane:

I live in upstate NY Catskill region.
If these are what I think they are I plan on transfering a piece of both onto some agar and growing them out.

The oysters sure look that that to me.

The other is definitely a Hericium, but I can't see enough to verify which species. As far as I know they're all edible unless they've become too tough or old.
