today's hunt, need id

We went mushroom-hunting today. The first mushroom looks poisonous, the second one we have no idea about.

First mushroom- (Orange one)
-Cap- 1 ? inch diameter, light orange on the rim and darker in the middle.
-Stem- There is a veil; it is very orange, no noticeable bruising.
-Location- Seattle Washington, very wet, marshy area. We found them in several different places.
-Gills- Orange
Spore print- Brown

Second mushroom-
-Cap- Very conical with "nipple" Pink/purplish.
-Stem- Springy, dark purple with no bruising.
-Location- Seattle Washington, growing out of dead rotting logs.
-Gills- Pinkish white
Spore print- White

First mushroom - could you give a more detailed idea of what kind of "brown" the spore print color is? Pale yellowish brown, rusty brown, chocolate brown, cigar brown, purplish brown, that sort of thing - compare it to something common which we are likely to know exactly what color it is.

At first glance it might be a Stropharia (that's far from certain).

Second mushroom - looks close to Mycena galericulata, a very common mushroom. To verify ID to species within Mycena will require a lot of detailed effort. None of them are active, and they're pretty much too small to bother with as edibles. There are a few poisonous species.

You've got a good start of photography and making descriptions. It's often very helpful if you cut a specimen in half vertically so you can check for bruising reactions and see the gill attachment. Also, it's often useful to know things like some part of the mushroom is slimy or moist or dry.
