Any guitarists?

Anyone here play in a band?
Care to share some pics of your equipment?
I'll start.
I'm somewhat of a tone junkie, which is obvious if you know anything about amplifiers and pedals.
I use 4 JJ output tubes in the amp.
Pedals are (from right to left)
1)Sonic Research turbo tuner (strobe tuner with true bypass and mutes when switched on) 2)MXR dynacomp compressor 3)VOX V845 classic wah 4)Digitech tone driver overdrive 5)Just the Marshall clean/od channel switch 6)MXR micro chorus
The MXR pedals are my absolute favorite. My next purchase will be an MXR equalizer, followed by a new pot for my wah pedal.
Somewhere along the line I really want to get a phase shifter, but I haven't decided which one I want yet.
Anybody else have any cool toys?

I'm normally not one to bump my own posts, but this one of mine went to the second page within ten minutes of me posting it.
Maybe nobody cares, but I feel like there have to be a few people out there that have hobbies other than doing drugs and growing mushrooms.
Show me your stuff!

This thread was moved from The Pub.
Reason: Moving this to our Music, Art and Media forum since it will probably stay active longer than in the Pub where things move 100 posts per minute.
Jeebies: If you would prefer that this topic be moved back to the Pub, just send me a PM.

I wish I could capture the essence of my equipment some way, so that you guys could hear/feel what I'm proud of.
Even though I do not have a speaker cabinet, the little (40watt) Marshall is thunderous. More than enough for any small gig, and really this amp could be mic'd for any gig.
Unfortunately, where I'm from, there is a distinct lack of interest in any "real" musical endeavors. Most of the local scene in my town is death metal/screaming. I have plenty of respect for the guys that play it, and my band has played plenty of the same gigs with metal bands, but it's just not my style.

I haven't touch my guitars in a couple years. I used to play quite a bit but not having a way to make quality recordings, I've strayed much more into synthesized music.

Great call on the Turbo Tuner.. I LOVE mine.. Which it could do diff. pitches tho.
There was/is an interesting thread over at The Gear Page in which several people seem to think 432hz is some "universal frequency"...a more resonant freqeunce or some other possibly believable new age talk.. neat reads at the very least. Also, the thread seemed to point out the "fact" that 440 was not a standard pitch until the German Orchestra (ironically under hitlers nazi regime) forced a "standard" pitch for surrounding country's orchestras.
Neat little side story though I DO kind of like a softened string (mostly tension related) on my acoustic, and this 432 is working nicely : )
No band yet.. hoping to get some nice recording done soon. anyone know of any GREAT mics? Err....the BEST

This is the mic that I use with Sonar:
http://www.musiciansfriend.com/pro-audio/mxl-v63m-condenser-studio-microphone-with-shockmount/273158000000000
It may not be the BEST, but it certainly is high on the quality list. For the price, I'd say it can't really be beat.

This is some of my equipment.
atleast the stuff i have at home.
I have these two amps but i mostly play on a Randall Combo at my jamspace. and i cant seem to find my other pedals.... must be in storage. but yeah im a bit of a tone junkie myself. so much so that i modded my Boss DS=1 (Keeley Mod)
but i find myself using my Modtone instead. also i have a great boss Super overdrive. great for clean overdrive when using the neck pickup for a smooth jazzy tone.
i also have a univibe pedal with the expression pedal (not featured here) and a hell babe wah which i retired since my brother gave me this Vox Wah.

Pawn shops and garage sales man! All you need is a couple hundred bucks to buy a really decent giggable amplifier.

Yeah peavey is a scorpion equiped 212 classic chorus. Simply the best chorus ive heard on an amp or pedal. Its a stereo chorus so you can really hear the fluctuation between the left and right.
Even the crate is a bit of a rarity. Its got a Fane Medusa speaker. British made. Great distortion.
I love to use the amps own tones so i always use an effects loop. Way better than running all over your effects through the front. So im picky with amps. If they dont have a send and recieve i dont bother.

Agreed...
I started with cheap amps, gorilla, ibanez, even a crappy karaoke unit. It had a 1/4 inch input so i went for it. But these days with first act and behringer you have good cheap alternatives.

Hoi, neat to see. I've not tried too much gear so its interesting to see what people use. I've just forked out a big chunk of my savings on an amp. And bought a new guitar way earlier in the year. Here she is

Unfortunately I didn't get an effect/loop put in, so I'm limited to some few pricey pedals.

Mine was second hand, and I didn't get all the details. It's a neck-thru and has a great feel, pick-ups are softy-midrange sort which I could use more active ones as I enjoy a lot of modern music. Other than needing a bit of a setup, it is a very nice guitar.
That amp is where it's at though.

Yeah i got two custom guitars. The black les paul style micheal kelly with rockfield mafia pickups both the neck and bridge pickups are coil tapped. By the way micheal kelly has the best coiltaps ever. Seamlessly go from double coil to single giving you a strat sound from this beauty. The other custom is a hamer double cutaway (in storage) same coiltapped but also has a cuttoff switch to do some fancy tom morello type of shit.
The jackson is a DK2S w/ sustainiac for infinite sustain and harmonic sustain. I can switch it on and just touch the string and it begins to vibrate. Get some cool violin sounds. It also has a low pro floyd rose for awesome squeels. Combine the sustainiac with the floyd rose and you can sustain notes for as long as you want, no need for delay.
I also have an swg stinger which i defretted myself. Fretless sounds cool. But the action is too high on this bad boy. The truss rod snapped so ive left it alone since.
I have a kustom ibanez blazer with a diamond plate pickguard. One double coil. 2 knobs. Great for bluesy stuff.
A 12 string alvarez, which needs work. High action. Acoustics are not so easy to fix the action on. I may have to stick a thick block of wood near the top of the sound hole to help the action.
One of my best guitars is my 90$ austin acoustic. Been with me 11 years great tone. Electric acoustic. Write my best stuff on it. Its covered with stickers, including original early era garbagepail stickers.
Epiphone 12 string acoustic needs lotta work. A greco acoustic. A gtx 200 with is an ibanez copy. It has awesome action and a thin flat neck.
A rouge 4 string bass with active pickups and an eq.
A 4 string ibanez bass i defretted. Awesome sound.
I think that may be it. But may be forgetting one.
So many guitars so many years.
