Lepista Irina & Cantharellus Tubaeformis?

We'll go with what I believe to be Lepista Irini first.
Habitat: on the ground either on own or with a few buddies. Under some mixed conifers next to some cedars.
Gills: White, attached
Stem: Friggin' Bulbous and white with brownish streaks running vertically.
Cap: White in younger, white/tan in more mature. Convex....NOT WAXY.
Spore print color: White.... but god-damn faint. Had to try a 2nd cap to even get that!
Bruising: None.
Other information: Pleasant smell.
If you comment on ID can you please mention what led you to your decision? Also, any easily confused counterparts would be appreciated too.
Few days back I picked some Cantharellus of some sort. Everyone said Tubaeformis but I took pictures with a frankin' I-Phone. With the Nikon... still Tubaeformis? I just know the quality was shiite.

Look like tubaeformis to me. you gonna eat 'em? Think I might try them this year. I could harvest thousands but never have. They certainly smell great but I've read their kind of bland to eat. Anyone have experience with yellow foot?

I wouldn't call 1 Lepista irina because the gills are too white and the cap too light for that species. Stem might also be too thick. Probably a Clitocybe.

Your pics do match Michael Beug's photos of that species though, so maybe it is. Matches the rogersmushrooms.org description less well. See the PNW Key to Lepista.

When I key it out in my book (Mushrooms of Ontario & Eastern Canada) it keys out perfect to Irina.... BUT... The point were it would flip to Clitocybe instead was based on gills decurrent or not. But in looking at the descriptions of some of the clitocybe it said attached to decurrent. Also seems if I do a web-search for pics of Irina that the stem colour is a determing factor. Seems like a bad place for a rookie to be playing around...
And thanks for the link to the key.

There are so many toxic Clitocybe species which look similar that I wouldn't eat those anyway. Clitocybe can have a few different types of gill attachment though its often somewhat decurrent.

Those are the words of wisdom I was expecting and was getting the impression you could screw this one up. Maybe in a couple of years.
Have a great night.

I have a similar question to be answered. Am attaching pics of my finds, concerned if it is not Entoloma Sinuatum which is reported as poisonous - not deadly, thank God, I also0 ate some cooked, and pickled.
Please respond to me. Thank you
