West Virginia Shroom Identification

Found in West Virginia in cow pasture was wondering if these were magic.

Here are some pics:

Hope these pictures are of a good quality, and someone helped me identify other mushrooms last time, so thank you for that. (I forgot who you are.)

not magic.
do not eat.
you are looking for blue bruising and purple black/brown spore prints.
the mushrooms grow directly from the dung.

agaricus sp. i dont see any yellow or red or orange staining which would make it poison... might be ediable, definately not magic, but wait for a trusted identifer, im a noob, and i could be wrong!!!!!

Nope, not hallucinogenic.  If you found it in WV (I say this b/c I have that field guide)  Common name is Meadow Mushroom/Pink Bottom, it is Agaricus campestris L.  It's edible and tasty, I've eaten them. :smile:
