Lepiota americana in B.C. ?

Habitat:
Where does it grow? Eg. woods, pasture, state, province, country, altitude, etc. What does it grow on? Eg. soil, dung, wood (dead, living, what kind of wood?), etc.

pile of grass clippings,

Gills:
Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc.

close,white, staining red

Stem:
Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc.

skinnier at the apex, fatter at the base. prominent white ring witha red band. lower prtion of stipe bruising yellow

Cap:
Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc.

whitish bakground with red scales radiating from thec center

Spore print color:
Very important!
obviouysly white
Bruising:
Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.
yellow on stipe, red on the cap

Other information:
Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.

ver clustered growth habit. this is the closest match i could find i MD.quite a striking patch!! i wasnt aware these grew here.
