Anyone else check out the new RHCP album?

Friend of mine told me it leaked so I got it and just started listening to it. so far it's pretty good

im sure its leaked somewhere, but if you have itunes they have the entire album streaming on the marketplace. I listened to the whole thing the other day. It's got some good jams but nothing really quite like some of their classics, buts just based on initial impressions, I'm def looking forward to it and im going to get it.

But yeah Itunes check it out

yeah imo its not the red hot flavor that i like to hear from them. nothing that stood out as epic. but there are some good sounds. rhcp will always be ledgendary status even if this album isnt.

good guitar, but everything else seems pretty sub-par RHCP

my thoughts exactly. Will i still get it though? yeah, and they are one of those bands that really just puts on a great live show so im looking forward to their tour in 2012, hoping my bro buys takes me for free :grin:

Yeah, from what I listened to of it (I couldn't make it through the entire thing), it seemed pretty sub-par. Maybe though that's just the RHCP purist in me wanting it to be a lil' more funky. :cool:
