pins on bottom of cake

i birthed the cake a bout a week ago i came back tonight and found pins growin all around the cake
i was curios so i lifted the cake to look at the bottom and there was pins growing there also what should i do with it?

alright lol, is that such a prob. No really what kinda setup do you have going on Perlite layer on the bottom? flip that cake if you dont like them growing out from the bottom otherwise i would leave be.
