what is the best temprature and humidity

So For B+ ,golden teacher and equador
what are the right tempratures humidity and do they need sun .
also can we use liquid culture teck on those strains

temperatures for what? colonizing or fruiting? humidity 95-100%.

room temperature for colonizing, room temp for fruiting.  it's summer, don't even think about using an incubator. 

humidity should be high nineties, but you don't need to measure with a tool.  if you use a shotgun fruiting chamber correctly it will all work out for you.

any type of cubes can be used with a liquid culture.

sun is not necessary in the same way that it is for plants. many people have varying opinions on how much light is needed for fruiting.  just leave your fruiting chamber by a window or use a light with a timer.

zydisqwap is right.
However I would recommend Stamet's book and RR's videos. This will give you a very good idea of how to grow mushrooms. It's really worth it.
