Why cant I upload an avatar...its been like 3 days since i uploaded the one i have now...it still says error: upload limit met for today,try back later..wtf? thanks

how big is the avatar file? if more than 400k, forget it.
edit: oh, and see anno's post in this forum, that there's been a recent software error
