Cordyceps substrate

Hello,
I was PMing a question to a trusted cultivator when I thought to just widen the field.
I have two quarts of very strong looking Cordyceps spawn, and no idea what sort of substrate to use.
...hard boiled eggs? (lol)
A jar of live crickets?
Can you point me to a url?
Also, I did find one recipe...
200 ml potato broth 2 g KH2PO4 1 g MgSO4 1 g C6H14N2O7 (Ammonium citrate) 30 g glucose (dextrose) 3 g Soybean peptone 50 mg vitamin B1 (thiamine)
Where does one buy peptone or the other chemicals?
Take care all,
JD

Hey iDMT,
Thank you very much for taking the time bro.
Yes, I had already found that thread (IUTSE! ;0)
It was indeed "cricket agar".
"They were live, until I hit the button" == Bass-O-Matic, Stand Back!
Thanks,

Actually, all of the Seeker links on the page previously discussed pointed at pages that were dead.
I will check these. Thanks!

One well detailed production of Cordyceps militaris is here: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/10764739
It took me a while to find the chemicals and their names are confusing because they are called multiple names. I acquired the (mono) potassium phosphate on ebay. It is used in softdrinks. I acquired the ammonium citrate (dibasic) from a photography supply www.bostick-sullivan.com . I'm not sure if they are necessary or are just a buffering agent and nitrogen supplementation.
Substrate without chemicals: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/13935427/page/1 http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/13646977 And if you want even more information (a lot of it in Chinese), check out http://speeker.tk/
Even if you are not able to get them to friut, you could dehydrate the substrate, and pack it into capsules, or use in soups, smoothies, chocolates, or tea.

This is very useful data. Thank you!
It seems that a proper chemical broth can be used to hydrate rice grains to be used as a sub.
I have more studying to do. Thank you again.
