Plain oysters

As I said here are some more pics of the mushroom examples from the display. These are just some plain old P. ostreatus. This is actually an isolate from my locality here in Indiana. It fruits well on both logs and in vitro. The mix that I used for all of the oysters was a sawdust:oatmeal mix. The pics show some early fruits and then more mature ones.

what was preparation of sawdust?

autoclave -> innoc bags in front of flow hood?

Yeah, mix the dry ingredients, add water, load into bags (1.2 kg), let it sit over night, autoclave 3-4 hrs, inoc with rye spawn in front of flow hood.
