I'm glad you're talking about your substrate and not yourself.

This should be in the Cultivation forum anyway brah.

Just douche some water up your butt and try to hold it in until its absorbed. Drinking water is for suckas and jive turkeys.

What's your substrate and why wouldn't you just dunk it?

I've tried injecting to rehydrate and didn't find it any better than dunking .

Injecting a substrate is not smart. You want the cells to absorb the water. This doesn't happen by injection. Put up some pics of your tub.

If you have holes on both sides you can stick poles/sticks/PVC/whatever through them and fill the tub up with water. The poles will keep the sub dunked. Let it chill for 12 hours then slowly dump out the water. If you don't wanna tip it then drill a small hole in the bottom corner that can be plugged up with some duct tape.

thanks for responding to my post i am new to this. yea i do have holes on both sides of my tubs. o injected the one that i was talking about but i dont think it worked to well. it is starting to flush again  but i can tell the whole substrate is still shrinking. i was worried that by dunking the whole thing i would have a more likely chance of contaminations but i am going to try it with this new tub about to harvest, how do i upload photos and i will?
