Sterile environment for inoculation

I don't want to spend any money on like a glove box or other such thing. So how would you recomend I do this sterilly.

Wipe/spray workspace down with water bleach solution and use lots of lysol. Flame needles and wipe with alcohol.

Fairly clean room with lots and lots of LYSOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Back in the day, we would occasionally turn our oven on low, pull out the rack, and use that as our work surface. The theory was that the upward current of warm air from the oven would waft the nasties away from the jars. I read about it here first.
