I don?t know.
The picture gallery, supposedly from "some of our biggest success' from loyal customers" contains stolen pictures, among them several from me.
I wouldn?t order there.

From the website... "Z-Strain $40 the most powerful mushroom in the world!" Ha ha ha ha ha ha.

Humans are animals, beasts with complex brains. Humans, more often than not, utilize their cerebrum to rationalize what their primal instincts, their preconceived notions, and their emotional desires have presented as goals - humans are rationalizing beings.

I though it might be. They seem odd, because they sell grow kits and spores(for microscopy only) together in a kit.

Seems like another site that is not only ripping off Myco Supply pictures, but also word for word descriptions. Also, they're prices are much higher than Myco Supply.
zerohero, go to www.mycosupply.com and you'll see the exact same items for much less money.

I think it's funny that his pic of Gulf Coast, is a Ps. Cyanescens pic from GGMM. -Bruiser Edit: Actually the pic used is a Ps. Cyanescens picture from Stamets "Psilocybin Mushrooms of the World", page 111, not from GGMM. My mistake

That freaking thief has stolen a bunch of our pictures! It sure is funny how all these new spore suppliers are popping up lately and stealing pictures from reputable spore vendors web sites. I think Thor said it best, dont these people have any shame?

It gets worse. He has stolen pictures of certain strains from us and labeled them as from other orgins. For example, he stole our Orrissa India pics and labled them from Argentina. Stole our Treasuer Coast pics and labeled them as Puerto Rican, He stole our Cambodian and labled it under Golden Teacher and Cambodia, plus many others. He also took the Paul Stamets ps. Azure scan from our site and labeled it Gulf Coast cubensis !!
This is the worst I've seen yet of new vendors stealing pics. Man where do these losers come from? Have they no respect for this business, this hobby, and most importantly these sacred mushrooms?

Ryche: If you have a copyright on your site, you should threaten with prosecution. Don't actually do anything, just use it as leverage.
3DSHROOM: Remeber what I said earlier... I don't think this is funny or even cool. Its stealing of pictures and names.

Once a company publishes a picture to there web site, provided they are the original owners of the picture, it is automatically copyrighted. Thats the info I got from a copyright lawyer some time back.
I sent Triple Helix an email asking him to remove our copyrighted pictures and named them all and the reply I got back was:
Have your lawyers contact my people. I would like to get all copyrighted info on these pics. triple helix
What kind of lame BS is that?
Here is his domain registration info. Anyone know how I can contact his server and notify them of the copyright infringement?

I could be mistaken, but as I recall copyright law one must post a claim to it.. example: (c) 2003 - A Jammer Production -All Rights Reserved - from the very first day it's on a site. (well, dont HAVE to.. but it makes it much easier to make a case) Otherwise, pics might be asumed to be in the public domain.

"Copyright is a right, granted to you by law, to control the copying, reproduction, distribution, derivative use, and public display of your photographs, and to sue for unauthorized use (infringement) of your work.
This right begins at the moment you fix your photographic expression in a tangible form, that is, when you create the latent image on film. Copyright ownership, bestowed automatically when you make an image, does not depend upon registration with the copyright office or placement of a copyright notice on the image."
http://www.eff.org/IP//asmp_copyright.paper
Although registration and displaying a copywrite notice is advisable when you want to actually take legal action, they aren't required...
