Quick question on pinning/fruiting

Hey shroomerites, I am on my first attempt at growing some mushrooms of the psylocibin cubensis variety :smile:

I got creeper strain from TLG and innoculated 4 pf 1/2pt jars 1/27/03.
It took a while to colinize I think because my room is rather chilly (~72 degrees). I birthed on Feb 23 and now it's March 6, but no pins.
When I birthed I cold dunked two cakes in the fridge and left the other two as constants.

I've been keeping them in a Rubbermaid with perlite in the bottom. The temps in my house are now 74ish.
Three days ago I decided to cold shock 3 of the cakes in hopes of speeding up pinning.
Now one of my cakes, the one which was cold dunked after birth but not cold shocked, has all these small ball-like growth on the top. There are no red tops to them, but they are everywhere.
Is this the beginning of pinning?

11 days since birth? it's any day now, so maybe yes! keeping everyhing crossed for ya in this difficult labour period.
