my friends dog think it might be a contam it looks like cotten sorta or is it jus really strong myclearium growth the dog i took some pictures its only in 1 jar what do you all think it is

Looks good to me. Looks like there is an air gap and the mycellium grew outside of the cake. This is normal (at least it happened with my cakes and they grew mushys just fine.)

Yes, healthy mycelium usually grows like that to fill up air gaps.
Your friends dog is still learning but he's ok to go.
