I feel so juvenile, but I'm going out on mischief night hahaha.  I already alerted a bunch of the cops I'm doing so, and they basically said this'll be fun trying to catch me and that as long as i'm not a dick it doesn't matter anyways.

I have a few targets just to fuck with, and it's the perfect night to do so.  They'll be more likely to expect the dumb ass kids around here than an adult haha. 

I'm thinking about putting a bit of jb weld on a duck call and putting it in the exhaust of this one guy i cant fucking stand.  Do it lightly in there and only partially covering the exhaust so it wont do damage, but will be holy shit annoyingly loud and hilarious.

Any non destructive ideas from the less mature members?
