Infection help.
    #1327404 - 02/22/03 08:05 PM (21 years, 1 month ago)

So I have 7 tuppperware containers, they are in colder condidtions (60-70) 2 of them are infected, I am sure why they got infected, i was handling these 2 entirely to much, and the tin foil got a loose, so anyway....

The infection is spots of green in one, and spots of greeen and some black in the other, I dont have pictures ='( I might get them later, but i doubt it (I dont have access to the camera for a week, by then I will already have decided if i want to toss them or not)

Is there any hope at all it will be fought off? is there anything i can do to help?

They are currently getting 3 hours of indirect sunlight.

I wouldn't open it in your house.
That would spread contams.
Take them outside and dump them in something.
Then take a rubbermaid, or a 5 gallon bucket or some other kind of container outside and put the jars in that.
Fill this container up with a warm bleachy water...and let the jars soak.
Then wash with warm water...and (or) run them through the dishwasher.

good luck!

Eh nevermind, I thought about it for a second, and figured it was common sense NOT to put it down my drain haha.

that gave me a nice look at how colonized my batch is, looks like they were almost ready to pin!

AHHH! I did open them inside my house! (sorry, right before i read that!) i opened them downstairs and my ones that are still growing are upstairs, i hope they will eb alright...

This is my first grow if you havent already guessed. The tupperware that had the bad cakes in it are outside my house.
