Does anyone else like cat power? I just started listening to it, and i think its great. Does anyone know the name of the song that has the beastie boys music in it??

well they just put out a new album. yeah the singer is female, i dont know about being feminist though, thats not how i see it, nor does the music sound angry. if you want to download a good song to see what its like download a song called free.

4 year old or 1531 days thread bump!

i just discovered cat power and i am blown away. the first artist in a long time that has truly found a place in my heart

if you have not heard her, check out the songs "maybe not" and "metal heart"

yah i discovered her last year and was amazed and completely taken.. in july i saw her live, and she looks sort of.. washed up and like the recovering alcoholic she is - it affected her performance+delivery too

i still love her though
