Words are immensely powerful. The FDA for example has a way, via the power of words alone, to magically turn walnuts into a drug when scientific health benefits are claimed by the person selling the walnuts.
What words are these? See here.
Quote:
“Based on our review, we have concluded that your walnut products are in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act) and the applicable regulations in Title 21, Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR). …Based on claims made on your firm’s website, we have determined that your walnut products are promoted for conditions that cause them to be drugs because these products are intended for use in the prevention, mitigation, and treatment of disease. …Because of these intended uses, your walnut products are drugs within the meaning of section 201 (g)(1)(B) of the Act [21 U.S.C. § 321(g)(B)]. Your walnut products are also new drugs under section 201(p) of the Act [21 U.S.C. § 321(p)] because they are not generally recognized as safe and effective for the above referenced conditions. Therefore, under section 505(a) of the Act [21 U.S.C. § 355(a)], they may not be legally marketed with the above claims in the United States without an approved new drug application.”
Yet Kellogg's cereals and Frito Lay potato chips are allowed to be labeled heart healthy...
What this has to do with freedom is clear.
1: the quality or state of being free: as a : the absence of necessity, coercion, or constraint in choice or action
Behind all wars lie the words that caused it.
Beware the power of the word, but do not fear it. Realize that having vocal cords is perhaps the most potent power a human being in society has.
Any obstruction of personal freedom has its way only with help of the silence of the violated.

theres no hope, Gonz. That's my view anyway... media is far too powerful and bloated these days.. no room for truth and justice. These thugs aren't finished with us yet. the Patriot Act.. ptf. It's only just begun, really. Whats going to happen if another building collapses? I dont even want to think about it.
Nobody is going to give a shit about anything until it's far too late. As long as football, TV, beer and crappy food is available, nobody's going to say anything to anybody, or do anything
Ignorance truly is Bliss. I wish I could still be a happy sheep with no worries whatsoever and believing that my government wasnt all that bad. It'd clear my mind at least and make it easier to deal with this temporary, brutish rat race
The last bastion of freedom is the internets... for now. google "Google/Verizon deal". Im very surprised that piece of news never made it to the pub. It's pretty damn important

Here is it:
AOD3 the shroomery is funded by the DEA and I know for a fact that the mods take orders from them and I'm fairly certain some of the mods are actually agents
they installed tracking software on the site that glitched and I got the screenshot(was banned shortly after because of it)
Fucking LifeUponDeath is so batshit stupid that he still believes the prank Ythan pulled on his dumbass
I don't know what was more epic, the prank or the fact that that fucking idiot bought it.
Either way, it was hilarious and many laughs were had!

We live on a planet where cops arrest citizens for things that they are just as "guilty" of doing themselves, and where judges "convict and sentence" citizens for things they do themselves behind closed doors... I guess it's only wrong if you get caught... This planet is harder for me to understand with every passing day.
what would these things be, masturbation or fornication?

then you should have stated some cops, some judges because not all of them do these things, it's a small percentage

Cops and judges are more prone in my opinion to be crooks because they are already in a position of power. We see this everyday on the news.

I can agree that no adult is innocent but many are not guilty of your accusations, I for instance have never solicited a prostitute, just because you may have doesnt mean the rest of the planet has so your accusation is completely unfounded
