Who likes and knows how to make pancakes?

I have milk, butter, nutella, eggs, flour and a teflon pan.
I wanna make the very thin kind of pancakes and put some chocolate then wrap them like spliffs.
Whats the milk-flour-eggs ration for the basic mixture?
Anyone got some hints for the pancake making process?

I think what you really want is a crepe, not a pancake. I have never made them myself but here is just something I copied.
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup water 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons butter, melted Directions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter; beat until smooth. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot.

You mean Crepes?
I make the Alton Brown pancakes, and they are great! They're the big fluffy kind though:

First mix 2 eggs and 5dl milk, then add 2 dl flour, sugar and salt as you like, that's it.
Remember to use lot of butter in the pan so the pancakes won't stuck.

I use this recipe all the time. Just mix all the ingrediants, add a few cups water IF the batter isn't runny enough.
Make the crepes around 3-4" in diameter. Keep in a low heated oven until you finish making all of them, so they stay done.

1 cup = 250ml. Not sure how much a cup of flour weighs, since the ratio is 1:1, the actual measurement isn't too important.
~1 cup of flour ~1 cup of milk 1 egg (2 if really small eggs) 1-2 teaspoon of sugar Butter for cooking
The crepe recipe above will be super thin, which is good if you have a big flat surface and the skill to make a good one.
A pancake batter should still have some thickness to it.
